Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Aura Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The item(s)
- The shipping package
- Any visible damage
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
