At Aura Apparel, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging each order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The shipping box or packaging
• Any visible shipping damage

Damage claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.

Aura Apparel is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen
• Buyer remorse or changes of mind after purchase
• Expectations regarding spiritual, metaphysical, or energetic outcomes
